Abstract Submission Instructions

• Please use standard and clear font in 12 point.
• Handwritten abstracts are NOT accepted.
• The abstract must not exceed 500 words, and should be organized as follows: TITLE, AUTHOR(S), PURPOSE, METHOD, RESULTS, and CONCLUSIONS.
• Authors’ full names and affiliations must be specified; surnames should be in bold.
• All abstracts must be submitted in English and Chinese.

1. E-submission – Complete and transfer the abstract form through the conference website.
2. Email - Submit abstract form to iscm@macau.ctm.net as an attachment and included in the email message. Only Microsoft Word file is acceptable as attachment.
3. Disk - If email is not possible, mail floppy disk or CD toInternational Society for Chinese Medicine (ISCM), Alameda Dr. Carlos D’Assumpcao, no. 335-341, Centro Hotline, 11 andar (V), Macau, China.
4. IMPORTANT: Please include the information requested on the Abstract Submission Form with all electronic submissions.

1. The Scientific Committee will make the decision on as to acceptability of each abstract.
2. The first author and co-authors are welcome to attend the session, but all authors are required to register for the conference.

4. The deadline for abstract submission is 31 January, 2005.
